Hyatt Regency Dushanbe offers an indoor heated swimming pool (20 x 5 m) that is open year round. It offers guests a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere, with a combination of dramatic and natural lighting features.
Hotel guests enjoy complete access to our swimming pool, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, cold plunge, relaxation area and our highly sophisticated Fitness Centre, fully equipped with state-of-the-art modern cardiovascular exercise machines and trainers on hand to offer assistance.
The hotel also offers members and in-house guests access to the Juice Bar, the Spa Terrace, and a full range of Sayohat Spa services in its seven treatment rooms, including the most advanced treatments and massages designed to rejuvenate mind, body and soul.

No lifeguard is on duty at the pool; children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
