Foccacia Grill Restaurant
A theatrical show-kitchen with a wood-burning oven, an Island Bar and The Pastry Shop retail outlet are the main features of this restaurant, in which fresh ingredients from the best suppliers play an important role. The atmosphere is enhanced by brigade of creative chefs 'on stage' preparing the daily specialities. The interaction between guests and the Chefs contributes to this unique atmosphere. Glass and steal are the main elements of Foccacia Grill’s design, with a beautiful décor by a wide selection of wines. It can seat up to 140 guests and provides an extraordinary view over the mountains. Our exclusive private dining room also offers additional space for up to 20 guests.
Foccacia Grill is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with an a la carte menu is prepared directly in front of the eyes of the guests in the open show kitchen.
Restaurant Foccacia Grill also features an Island Bar for service of wide range of beverages and the Pastry Shop, where the guests can enjoy the freshly baked croissant, cakes and other bakery items in the morning.
