About the spa
Dedicated to wellness enthusiasts in search of innovative ways to restore balance in their lives, experience our state-of-the-art fitness center equipped with cardio and strength-training equipment. Our fitness center is available 24 hours.
Our fitness center also includes a yoga studio, indoor swimming pool, sauna and locker rooms.
A range of classes and personal training session are available in the fitness center.
Fitness Classes
Time: Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm, under appointment.
For sports enthusiasts there are a range of classes scheduled for evening hours during a week:
Practice of yoga asanas and meditation under the guidance of certified instructor.
Time: Every Saturday 05:00pm - 06:30pm, Tuesdays 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm, under appointment.
Fitness Classes
Time: Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm, under appointment.
Fee for classes: Complimentary for all members and hotel guests, 80 TJS per class for outside guests.
Personal Training Sessions
Time: 12 fitness sessions per month under your personal schedule.

Fee: 600 TJS per month.
Sayohat spa and health club offers a large variety of membership fees.
We offer our members to enjoy exclusive wet area and fitness facilities every day from 6 am till 11 pm and 20-meters indoor swimming pool from 6 am till 10 pm as well as 5 treatments rooms and one duplex room.
